The EMM23IDC-RJ45-CAT6 uses a larger M23 waterproof housing to accommodate a Cat.6 IDC termination assembly. The design is useful where installation cable must be wired directly and the external RJ45 connection needs a removable, protected interface.
The connector is specified at 100×30mm for cables with a 4.5–7.5 mm outside diameter. Blue sealing and termination elements make the Cat.6 model easy to distinguish during assembly and later maintenance.
